300g brown Sugar

This walnuts roll reminds me of holidays that I spent at my grandmother. The scent of caramelized nuts was spreading throughout the house. It was a joy for us when Grandma prepare this dessert. Often I miss this walnuts roll so I asked my mom to spoil us with this great dessert. Together with my mother I have prepared the most delicious dessert with childhood smells. Walnuts roll can be an ideal dessert for Christmas dinner. Vegetarians can enjoy with pleasure this sweet because it contains only water, flour, oil, walnuts and brown sugar.
To prepare the dough walnuts roll mix flour with water and knead until it forms a dough. If you have bread making machine you can put the ingredients in the bread machine at kneading program.
When the dough is ready divide it into 10 equal pieces, cover with a towel and leave it aside for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the walnuts roll filling. Grind walnuts in food processor then mix them with brown sugar.
Stretch each piece of dough with rolling pin then stretch it with your hands to make a thin sheet.
Put it on the table covered with towels. Smear sheet with oil.
Above cover it with another thin sheet. Second sheet smear with oil and then put the walnuts stuffing.
Cover with 2 sheets on and smear each with oil again. Put the walnuts stuffing. Cover with another sheet, smear with oil and put ground walnuts.
Roll the sheets and put it in a baking pan.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Bake the walnuts roll for 35 minutes. Let the dessert to cool then slice it. With this ingredients you’ll get two walnuts rolls. Each roll will have five thin sheets stretched very good. Bon appetite!
