Vegan Cinnamon Cake


240g Flour
200 g Sugar
130ml Oil
130 ml Water (vegetable Milk)
1 tablespoon  Cinnamon
2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
10 g Baking powder
pinch of Salt

We have said that we have always little helpers in the kitchen that put flour, mix with whisk or knead the dough. And this time my daughter was with me when I prepared this vegan cinnamon cake. We quickly prepared it in a few moves with whisk. Vegan cinnamon cake can be a healthy choice at Christmas dinner. It can be enjoyed with a cup of hot tea. Vegan cinnamon cake is fluffy and fragrant. I recommend to try it!
In a bowl, using a whisk mix water with oil, sugar and salt. Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder, cocoa powder and cinnamon.


Mix ingredients until lumps disappear.


Grease a baking tray with oil and sprinkle a little flour. Pour mixture into baking pan. Bake the vegan cinnamon cake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Bon appetit!

  1. I made it with almond milk instead of water and added raisins and walnuts to the batter. It was sooooo delicious!! The whole cake was gone in less than an hour. Thank you for the recipe, it’s perfect for the fasting period.
