The other day we were visiting our friends. I knew that they love desserts, so I decided to prepare for them a Tiramisu cake. This Tiramisu was very
appreciated. The truth is that it was very tasty. Enjoy it!
I beat the yolks with sugar for 15 minutes until I got a cream.
You can add a little brandy if you prefer. I add mascarpone and I mixed with a silicone spatula.
I beat the egg whites separately with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes until I got a foam.
I mixed these two compositions.
I passed through the savoiardi biscuits and arranged them in a glass tray. I covered the savoiardi biscuits with cream and cocoa powder.
I put the Tiramisu cake in the frige for 3 hours.
