I love cream soups because they are nutritious and easy to prepare. Today I will present one of my family favourite cream soup. Green pea soup is full of flavor and vitamins. For an intense taste you can serve green pea soup with Parmesan and croutons.
I washed and peeled vegetables.
I cut it into small cubes.
I put the butter to melt in a saucepan.
After that I added vegetables.
After two minutes I added boiling water.
I sprinkled salt, pepper and garlic powder. I let the vegetables simmer on low heat for an hour.
I’ve added peas and let it simmer for another 15 minutes. Finally I blended the soup.
I served the green pea soup with Parmesan and croutons.
