Dried Plums in White Wine


250 g dried Plums
250 g Walnuts
2 tablespoons Quince jam
100 ml dry white wine

Merry Christmas, my dears! I have prepared today for you a simple recipe, but very tasty. Dessert with dried plums in white wine is
special. This is not a classic dessert with cream and crust. It has a special flavor, a mix of fine and delicate tastes. You will definitely surprise your guests at Christmas dinner with dessert with dried plums in white wine.

To prepare this wonderful dessert you have to put the plums to hydrate in water for 30 minutes. Then fill the dried plums with walnuts.


Put the stuffed dried plums in a saucepan. Add the dry white wine and quince jam. Let simmer for an hour, covered with a lid.


Finally add the sliced lemon and honey. May let it simmer for another 15 minutes. Bon Appetite!
