Beet Salad


3 Beets
3 Potatoes
3 Carrots
3 spring Onions
200g boiled Peas
300 g marinated pitted green Olives
olive Oil

Beets has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties. For these reasons we try to eat beets often. Today I present an easy recipe salad with beets. You can eat it at the breakfast, lunch or dinner. This salad of beets is ideal for vegetarians. It contains only vegetables, salt and olive oil. I had a reliable help in the kitchen when I prepared this beets salad. Perhaps because of this the salad was delicious 🙂

I put the beets, potatoes and carrots to boil in water.


After the vegetables have boiled, I’ve left it to cool then I cut into small cubes. I added sliced onion, green olives and boiled peas.


I added olive oil and salt. I mixed the salad and put it in the fridge for an hour. Of course you can serve the beet salad immediately after it was prepared, but after an hour the salad has a beautiful color thanks beets. Bon appetit!
