Rosemary Baked Potatoes


500 g Potatoes

Sometimes I really miss the taste of French fries. You know, the salty, oily taste that makes you feel good, and fat very quickly. So I avoid eating them. But cravings will make one clever and ingenious: I bake rosemary potatoes to quench the lust and get only the amazing taste, sans the guilt afterwards. One can serve these rosemary baked potatoes with a side of salad or on their own. This divine condiment’s taste is so godly, that much extra seasoning is simply not needed.

For the method: peel the potatoes, cube them and mix them with salt, pepper, a healthy dose of rosemary and olive oil.


Put the potatoes in an oven proof dish, lined with paper. Bake them for 30 mins at 200 degrees, on a fan setting to get that crisp we all love so much. Bon appetite!
